Not much! Waiting 40 mins to get into a booked appointment is not good! I.e 40 mins late. Someone needs to sort this surgery out asap. Its appalling and not providing a service anywhere near adequate.

Need more diabetes specialists!

I should have feedback earlier, I know but recently I requested an appointment with a female GP, but found out before appointment it was a man. Phoned the surgery - grumpy receptionist changed to lady GP, arrived for appointment was still on male GP list. No apology, receptionist was sullen and uncaring, even asked me what the patient's name? Young blonde receptionist intervened and apologized for confusion and tried to get me in to see lady GP, whilst working to see GP I could hear every detail of the patient in with GP, embarrassing and could read someones notes while I was talking to receptionist. 15 August Felt very ill at the weekend, phoned surgery.

I would like a doctor with good knowledge of diabetes to be ultimately responsible for my care when decisions are made confidently. At the moment I rely on my consultant for advice not the practice nurse.

Could do with a bit more help, I mean it seems to be that generally everything is hard work and the bunch doesn't stop here. I must say staff try as best as they can but I feel like their hands are tied in various ways.
